Description
Protect your bolts, studs, nuts, and flanges with flange protector bands. Made from 304 stainless steel, a neoprene foam liner, and stainless grease fittings, these bands protect against buildups from corrosive and salt environments.
Flange Protector Bands are designed to to cover flanges to protect flange faces, stud bolts,and gaskets from corrosion.
● Keeps out moisture, chemicals, saltwater, acid rain and more.
● Keeps out foreign matter, which is critical on cathodically protected systems.
Available in all flange sizes.
Protection Bands consist of the following:
● 316 stainless steel band
● 316 stainless steel worm gear clamp
● 316 stainless steel injection fitting
● Neoprene gasket liner (max. operating temp 180°F).
With the use of Flange Bands and Corrosion Inhibitor Grease, flanges remain safe from hazardous and unsightly corrosion that can cause leakage, failure, or even shutdown of equipment.
